Due to cost controls and the integration of the EDS Company’s Lean Six
Sigma program into the HP Lean Sigma program during 2009 an exercise
from the past using paper helicopters was modernized using the Science of
Improvement to teach Planned Experimentation. This presentation will
cover the instructional flow and lessons learned from testing this approach.
