Sarah Wachs will tell the story of using the Model for Improvement as a framework for
scoping, designing and implementing a new Document Management System at
CareOregon, a managed health care plan serving members in 32 counties across
Oregon. When fully implemented, the Document Management System will be used by
every CareOregon employee and will result in organization-wide improvements in
efficiency, staff morale, and customer satisfaction.
