Sarah Wachs, MPA
Sarah is a Process Improvement Coordinator with CareOregon, a managed health care plan in
Portland, Oregon. Sarah has been with CareOregon since 2001 and in her current position since
2007. In 2006 she received an MPA from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public
Affairs with a focus in Nonprofit Management. Sarah’s current projects include implementing an
organization-wide document management system and supporting the development of a patient-
centered medical home model.
