History

In 2001, Jane Norman started Profound Knowledge Products, Inc. (PKP, Inc.). PKP, Inc. works in partnership with API (Associates in Process
Improvement) to provide products and services that support and supplement
API published material. PKP, Inc. acts as a catalyst to refer
potential clients to
API products and services.

PKP, Inc. collaborates with
API (Associates in Process Improvement) to provide support services and products developed from, or in
cooperation with,
API published works.

Quality as a Business Strategy© was developed by
Associates in Process Improvement (API) for people who want to make improvements, or
more specifically, those who realize that making effective changes in how organizations are run is a matter of survival.

Since 1990, Jane Norman has had first hand executive leadership experience utilizing QBS and the
API Improvement Model to direct strategic
and improvement efforts within two corporations.

As a practitioner of these methods, she has learned first hand the importance and usefulness of these methodologies.
