Yedda Trawick
Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, CareOregon
Yedda Trawick has worked in the health care industry for over 12 years. She began her career in health
care at a not for profit hospital after she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from University of
Southern Mississippi’s School of Accountancy and Information Systems. Before joining CareOregon, she
worked as both a business and technical consultant for health care payers in Indiana , Mississippi and
Oregon. She also was a Director of IT for a managed care health plan overseeing system conversions and
implementations. She has also has experience in industries other than health care that include serving as
the Internal Auditor for an ISO 9001 testing laboratory, managing and training staff for a large Call Center,
and shipbuilding industry. In her current role at CareOregon, she guides teams and individuals in making
changes that result in improvement to processes.
